You can deliver it live or share a link for self-paced play. Zahan also includes AI coaching, QnA with AI-powered question clustering, and 6 professional themes. It is built for enterprise knowledge transfer, not just trivia.

Do participants need to download anything?

No. Participants join from a browser via a QR code (live sessions) or a shared link (self-paced). No downloads and no accounts.

How do I sign up or log in?

Zahan supports email magic-links for both sign-up and log-in. Just enter your address and click the one-time link we email you. A traditional password option is also available. Optional company-name and phone-number fields can be completed later in your profile.

I didn't receive my magic-link / reset email - what now?

1. Check spam/junk folders. 2. Wait 60 seconds and click the Resend link. 3. Still stuck? Contact support (see last section).

How do I edit my account information?

Go to "Profile" on the Dashboard and then you can edit your name and number, and Organization name.

What kind of sessions can I create with Zahan?

Zahan supports any topic where an expert needs to transfer knowledge: AI training, sales enablement, onboarding, compliance, product knowledge, and more. Sessions include slides, quizzes, and a leaderboard. You can deliver them live or share a link for self-paced play.

How do I use "Use Template" from a pre-made game?

Click on "Use Template" on Popular Game Templates from "My Games" for quickly adapting to the questionnaire template and releasing it for trainees.

How do I create my own game?

1. First you Sign up/Log in 2. From Dashboard go to "Create" 3. Click on "Create AI Game" 4. Talk to AI and give it your Game information 5. Save Game Session to make it into a template 6. Host Game to directly start hosting it on the go While putting in content, the AI extracts useful information from it and tailors challenges automatically.

Can my team play without me hosting?

Yes. Share a link and your team takes it on their own time. Same quizzes. Same leaderboard. Same competition. You get the results and can follow up on the gaps.

What themes are available?

Zahan includes 6 professional visual themes. Pick one and your entire session gets a consistent, polished look. No design skills needed.

During a session, participants can submit anonymous questions. Zahan clusters similar questions using AI, so instead of reading 30 variations of the same thing, you see the themes. It makes Q&A sessions faster, fairer, and more useful.

How does Zahan ensure my information is secure?

All information from your Account Info and content uploaded to AI for Game Sessions is processed in a secure, isolated cloud environment, ensuring your content never leaves Zahan's controlled systems.

Zahan collects data related to session engagement, completion status, and feedback to provide hosts with analytics and improve the learning experience. We prioritize your privacy and handle all data securely.

What's the difference between Host and Trainee?

Host: Create sessions, invite trainees, monitor progress, edit questions. Hosts can deliver live or share a link for self-paced play. Trainee/Player: Join sessions via QR code (live) or shared link (self-paced), play the session, and view personal completion status. Trainees can also become hosts.

Ensure the trainee is using the correct invite link. If they are on a corporate network, they may need to ask their IT department to allow access to Zahan. If the issue continues, please have the trainee contact support.
